Recently made a complaint , regarding on the rude bus driver me , j and g encountered . I called in on monday , at the start of the call the officer did not even GREETED me ( which usually they do at the start of the call) and later on i still have to ask him is this customer service for SMRT.

His tone was dull , which lack of enthusiasium . He did not even sounded interested in talking to me at all. Towards the end of conversation he replied that he will get back to me the next day as i dont have the additional information that he required , but i waited for the whole day yet he did not call AT ALL. I even had to call back and the answerer said that this wasn't even recorded.

This reflects something , they wanted customer's feedback , yet they do not even sound interested or taking it seriously. Can you tell me how they even got " Best Passenger Experience
The Metros Awards, MetroRail 2008" ?

Totally upset with this . I am not asking for refunds or what , it's just that is shows that they aren't sincere at all .I've seen polite bus drivers who greeted every single passenger , but that bus driver is too disrespectful.
