Finally , here comes my vacation ! So , here's the late update of the dinner at Carousel , at Royal Plaza on Scotts and ION Sky Bar !
Wanted to go somewhere special for our 6th monthsary and i decided to plan on this one and our 1st year anniversary will be planned by Joseph ! Had a hard time deciding which to go , between Prego ( introduced my one of my classmates ) and Carousel.
In the end decided to go for Carousel since it's a buffet and we are quite big eaters ( i take that thought back now , you will know later why )
We reached there about 6.45 , we went there earlier and it was just the start of the dinner buffet so it's still very empty !
My very first plate , oysters is like free flow there !

Think half thru the meal , joseph already KO !! He's the one who is complaining that he;s hungry and now he's the first to surrender ! SIGHS HAHA Later found out that he don't eat seafood , so i strongly suggest to ask your partner if he/she is okay with seafood , if not i dont see the point of going carousel as i think their main selling point is on their variety of sea food,

Dinner overall is okay , like i said it would be good to go if you and your partner loves seafood , other than that the choices would be quite limited , there are only 4 counters in Carousel - Seafood , Sashimi , local delights and the chicken/ Mediterranean food (if i am not wrong )
Although the website stated that smart casual attire , in the whole restaurant almost half wear jeans and slippers ! The buffet is halal by the way . So actually you do not have to really dress up for it !
After the dinner , we went to ION sky bar at level 55 !
The lady lead us up to the lift and we went straight to ION Sky bar !
It's really breath - taking scenery , it looks as if we're at new york !
Ordered beer and a glass of wine . It's really very relaxing and chill out at there. Better than other pubs i've ever been .But they close at 11.30pm , so it's kinda early !
Would recommend everyone to go the skybar , not alot of people know about this secret place until we found out when we went to the ion art gallery !
We're finally 6months old , soon enough 1 year would come soon ! Let's prove to others we can make it , despite of our age difference and all. Love you baby boy ! =)
watching the election now , it's been 3 hours leh , the results is still not out yet !!
